Faszination GmbH is seeking a motivated Junior Project Manager in Construction to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a young professional eager to grow within the constructional engineering industry. You will be based in either Berlin, Germany, or Warsaw, Poland, working full-time on a permanent basis. As a Junior Project Manager, you will support senior management in overseeing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

  • Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project alignment.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records.
  • Facilitate communication between project teams and clients.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to project timelines and budgets.

Required Profile

We are looking for a candidate with a strong foundation in constructional engineering and project management. The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in construction project management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in German or Polish is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
